Link supporting records
Link training records showing dates, topics, trainer details and relevant competence evidence. Record supervisor approval where your workplace process requires it. Keep these records distinct from the employee’s acknowledgement that equipment was received.
Issue history can support stock planning, accountability, cost reviews and audit preparation. It forms part of a wider safety process; it does not by itself prove that PPE is suitable, correctly used or safe.
