Keep batch IDs consistent with your register

Use sequential mode to generate up to 250 numbered labels with a prefix and padded numbers. Record where your sequence ends so a later batch does not repeat previously issued IDs. Duplicate checking within a batch does not check against your company’s existing register.

For existing assets, import a CSV with asset_id,name,value columns. Each ID must be unique within the file. A blank value encodes the asset ID; a populated value supplies the actual barcode content for that row. The bulk PDF and print action include every label, while PNG and SVG exports contain the first label.
