Prepare a label you can use immediately

Start with the ID used in your equipment register, such as AST-001. Choose whether the label should show only the QR code, the code and ID, or the code, ID and asset name. Adding a company name or logo reserves a separate space above the code.

Use SVG when you need scalable artwork and PNG for an image file. For printing, select A4 for plain paper or full-sheet sticker stock, or Label printer for one label per page. Print at actual size, disable browser headers and footers, and scan one finished label before producing the rest.
