EquipLoopMatch the label to the printer stock
Select the QR label size, then choose Label printer in Print layout. The PDF uses one page per label at the selected dimensions: 25 × 25, 40 × 40 or 60 × 60 mm. Configure the same stock size in your printer driver rather than letting it shrink the page.
Thermal printers have different supported widths, resolution and media requirements. Confirm those with the manufacturer. If the builder reports that a QR code is too dense, use a shorter link, a simpler layout or a larger label. Test the final printed code with the phone or scanner your team uses.
